Porcelain Honeycomb Panels

Ultra-thin porcelain (sintered slab) structurally bonded to an aluminium honeycomb core — large-format panels up to 1600 × 3200 mm, produced in our own factory in Foshan since 2000.

Why pair porcelain with an aluminium honeycomb core

A 3–6 mm sintered porcelain face on its own is brittle and unforgiving to handle and install. Bonding it to an aluminium honeycomb core turns the same surface into a stiff, light panel that can be cut, drilled and fixed like a conventional cladding sheet — with roughly two-thirds less weight than a solid porcelain slab of equivalent appearance.

Key characteristics

  • Face: 3–6 mm sintered porcelain / thin ceramic slab
  • Core: aluminium honeycomb, alloy 3003, foil 0.035–0.078 mm, cell 4–10 mm
  • Panel thickness: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 mm (custom available)
  • Maximum panel size: up to 1600 × 3200 mm in a single panel
  • Surface: large-format porcelain — uniform colour, no veining variation between panels
  • Finishes: polished, matt, textured

Typical applications

  • Ventilated rainscreen and sealed curtain wall facades
